What's your favourite casual recipe?
Because like 90% of what I cook is recipes I've had cooked for me by friends. Like tonight I'm cooking chicken/kale/pasta with a white wine cream sauce and it is bae, but I'd never have cooked it if it wasn't for my partner cooking it last week.

@eden Spaghetti alla Puttanesca (sauce for about 200gm spaghetti):
5tbs olive oil
2 (or more) cloves garlic, chopped
Small tin anchovies
2tbs capers, rinsed and drained
12 or 16 black olives, stoned
Tin of chopped tomatoes, drained in a sieve.
Fry garlic and anchovies in the oil until the anchovies melt. Add the butter and tomatoes and simmer for ten minutes or so. Add the olives and capers and simmer a few minutes more. Add to drained spaghetti.
